Staff, owners or residents scan the QR code at the property, or use the phone app. A photo is optional. Each report becomes a ticket.
You dispatch and track
Send the ticket to one of your own vendors. Follow its status. Record the cost when the work is done.

No. TML Workspace is software. You add your own vendors and dispatch your own tickets. TML does not pick, vet, dispatch or pay them.
Who can see the vendor list in TML Workspace?
Only your company. The vendor list is private to your account.
How do problems get reported in TML Workspace?

How is TML Workspace priced?
A flat monthly price per company account. Plans differ by how many properties and users are included. Above 100 properties, each extra property is $1.50.
Can an account be opened in the TML Workspace phone app?
No. The phone app is for signing in and reporting. During early access, we set up each account with you directly. Use the form below to ask for one.
